What we collect

When you fill in the contact form on this site, we store what you type: your name, email address, phone number and the text of your message. We collect nothing else about you, and we never ask for documents or identity data through the website.

This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no social buttons that watch your visit.

Why we collect it

For one reason only: to reply to your enquiry. We do not use your data to send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or share your data with any marketing party. The only exception is that if you apply for a specific country and agree to proceed, we share the necessary documents with the employer or the official authority in that country — and this happens only with your explicit agreement and only for your own application.

We may disclose data where the law compels us to, and in that case we disclose only what is legally required.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie used is an admin session cookie, created solely when our staff log in to the site's control panel — meaning it is never created for you as a visitor.

Your language preference is carried in the page path itself (/ar or /en) rather than in a cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for no more than twenty-four months from our last correspondence, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, your application documents are kept for the duration of the process and for as long as the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to have it deleted. We respond within thirty days at most, and we charge nothing for it.

A deletion request means actual deletion from our database, not merely hiding the record.

Data security

The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection, and messages are stored in a database reachable only by a dedicated application account with restricted privileges. Control panel access is protected by a hashed password and a cap on login attempts.

No system can promise absolute security, and we say so plainly. What we commit to is not collecting more than we need, and not keeping it longer than necessary.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we update this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version.
